1. The machine is rotary type, with 6 stations distributed on the rotating disc. Each station has a mold, two of which are used for placing the tray, one for the product box detection, and one for the station. In the product sealing package, one station is used to push out the material, and the remaining station is a safe reserved position.
2. Put the product in the tray first, then put the tray into the mold of the discharge area of the equipment. The tray enters the sealing mold with the rotation of the (mold) turntable, and the sealing mold drops, in the sealing mold. Attach the upper film to the tray, first fill with nitrogen or mixed gas and then seal, (the upper film and the tray are sealed together) and die-cut. The packaged product continues to run forward with the turntable rotation, and the tray is lifted from the discharge port by the cylinder, and the lever is pushed out of the tray to complete the product packaging.
