The 16-station rotary blow molding machine consists of a rotary main blower, a heating furnace, an automatic feeding device, an electrical control system, and a pneumatic control system. The heater adopts nine-stage far-infrared temperature control, and each group of heating lamps in the preheating zone and the adjustment zone can be separately controlled and adjusted according to the process requirements, and a real-time temperature monitoring system is provided to ensure the stability and accuracy of the process.
5. Specially designed secondary air blowing system, real-time monitoring of the pressure curve during the molding process of each cavity bottle, providing timely and accurate immediate parameters for process adjustment, greatly facilitating the operator to adjust the process parameters, and the bottle molding quality is stable.
6. According to the different preforms and bottle types of the user, the corresponding heating temperature, blowing time and other process parameters can be set. When the bottle blank type is changed, the preset parameters can be called to produce smoothly.
7. The equipment adopts fully enclosed door and window structure and is equipped with a complete and reliable safety door system to ensure the safety of operators and to maintain the normal operation and safe operation of equipment.
